Full Spectrum Volume 3

Full Spectrum Vol.3 continues with 30 tracks of non-stop Hip Hop from all over the world. However, it’s bigger and much more unique than the last volumes for the soul reason that RahZemos put in the work travelling to meet many of the featured artists through shows, interviews, friends of friends and all the great things that come along with our culture. After contributing and helping to build Full Spectrum Vol.2, NYC label Nomadic Wax put out another email blast to their community of artist(s) and helped us get even more to contribute. Prepare to be thoroughly impressed by talent spanning from parts of Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East, Mexico and all over the USA and Canada. Hip Hop is truly a global language.

The original artwork done by Sovereign Poet/Graffiti artist Monk E., was donated as a contribution towards the Full Spectrum movement, which breaks down the borders of race, religion, color, creed and all other socio-political divides that stand between nations and individuals alike. His piece not only represents the mixtape title “Breaking Borders” extremely well, but also metaphorically paints a great image of everything from the media, artists, multiculturalism and many more messages. Let us know what you get from it. Monk E. also did the cover for Full Spectrum Vol.2 so be sure to check that one out as well.

As for the music aspect of this mixtape, you will hear everything from Mali superstar Amkoullel, on his uptempo banger “Soirees A Bamako” to Syrian-American poet, Omar Offendum, on his Arabic/English track “Destiny.” Also, we are blessed to have husband and wife HIp Hop duo, The ReMINDers, with one of their soulful songs, “You Can Count On Me” and, Italian crew Zero Plastica visiting us again with a collaboration track on behalf of Ghana representative JMNI. This is just a small list of the extremely talented artists blessing this mix. There are too many to name them all but when you listen to the mixtape, you will be touched by the music that moves you. The beauty behind the Full Spectrum compilation is unifying versatile multi-cultural, multi-lingual, multi-ethnic artists through music and allowing them to mingle with each other freely. This is what Hip Hop is about and this is what Nocturnalight is about.

Download it and spread good music!
