Our Outreach Program provides a comprehensive approach to supporting persons with disabilities living in the community. We have a compassionate and knowledgeable team committed to helping people living with disabilities in the community.
Members of our team include:

- Registered Psychologists
- Registered Nurses
- Dietitian
- Social Workers
- Behavioural Interventionists
- Recreation Therapists
- Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapist/Kinesiology (Contracted Services)
It’s also important to advocate for accessible healthcare services that accommodate the unique needs of people with disabilities. Health education and community programs designed to include empower individuals with disabilities can foster a greater sense of belonging and engagement. people with disabilities can lead fulfilling.
Respite Services
We understand the importance of taking care of one’s self when supporting a loved one with a disability. We are proud to provide respite services for families, so caregivers can have a much-needed rest, while trusting that their loved one is in good hands with our team. This program is funded entirely by the Department of Community Services.
